Playbooks Email is an educational content platform that provides: a searchable library of startup growth playbooks derived from public sources, a paid daily newsletter subscription service, a directory of SaaS tools and products used by featured startups, and profiles of entrepreneurs featured in the playbooks. Our content is created through editorial analysis and summarization of publicly available YouTube interviews and podcasts featuring startup founders.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of our Service may require account registration. The newsletter subscription is offered at $8 per month. Prices are subject to change with notice to subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider (Substack).

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Certain content on our website is available free of charge. We reserve the right to change what content is available for free at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The editorial content, analysis, compilations, and original materials created by Playbooks Email are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.

6.2 Source Content

Our playbooks are derived from publicly available YouTube videos and podcasts. We do not claim ownership of the original interview content. All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned in our content belong to their respective owners.

Subscribers may use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any commercial use, redistribution, or republication requires prior written consent.
